Sub-processors
Effective date: 1 June 2026
To provide the Riya platform, Synvolve Intellis Private Limited engages the third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) listed below. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and is permitted to process personal data only as necessary to deliver its service. This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Cross-border transfers
Core platform data is hosted in India. Certain sub-processors (e.g. transactional email and AI inference) may process limited data outside India; such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Customers in the UAE: data may be processed outside the UAE as described above.
Changes & notice
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. To be notified of changes, email privacy@synvolveintellis.com and request to be added to our sub-processor change list.
